Title: New gear testing
Post by: Evinrude58 on December 30, 2016, 10:43:50 AM
I got 2 Jaw Jackers for Christmas and I wanted to test them out so bad I put a 5 gallon bucket of water in my deep freeze. Once it froze broke out the gas auger and drilled a hole and set up a Jaw Jacker on it. Only problem it has been 5 hours and not a bite yet. Guess I will have to wait for real ice. LOL

Try moving spots, secret to catching fish is to fish where fish are! 😁

I wanted to test out my new Marcum Recon 5+ so bad that I set it up on the landing and lowered the camera into the hallway. The only wildlife I saw was 3 kitty cats and a wife...

Nate moving the bucket didn't help. Tried my lantern when it got dark with no luck and it is too shallow to use my flasher.
