First time out on Indian Lake in 2 or 3 years. Fished Long's Island yesterday afternoon from 4:00-7:00 and caught 2 'eyes and lost 2 on orange Vibe. 6 FOW. We marked a lot of fish and could pull them off the bottom but couldn't get them to take it. Tried Jiggin Raps, Swedish Pimples, Flutter Spoons, Kastmasters, Salmo Chubby Darters, etc... Even tried 'em dressed with a full minnow and just a minnow head. Good 5" of clear ice and another 1-2" honeycomb ice where we set up. It looked like a scene from "Grumpy Old Men" out there! LOL. Must have been 40 shanties. Good Luck!
