I went to the local pawn shop the other day and purchased 3 ice fishing rod and reel combos... Traded 2 old junk catfishish rods for them.. Cant beleive the guy actually took them! But hey it was a good deal and Ive caught a bunch of gills on them at the docks at Lima Lake already.. had to try them out.

I do use them now off of the docks and with my belly boat. I am buying some neopreme waders for the belly boat and will fish them untill ice out. What are the best neopreme waders? Any recomendations?

Russ, That sounds like a great deal. I never thought about pawn shops.

Northland Puppets are just as good and sometimes you find them on sale at a considerably lower cost than the Raps.
