I know they have them at Bass Pro. They have a couple different one. Cabelas or Fin,Feather and fur probably have them too.

I just made my own out of a steel fence post.. welded some steel bar on one end to use as a handle and a spud, rather than having edges dig into your hand.. and then on the other end i used some flat steel and made a nice chisel.
