... Thought today would be a killer day on the ice, so both my son, Nathan & I hit the ice about 4:30 pm and fished till 5:45. Sad to report the bite was very very slow, but Nate managed to catch his largest gill ever. a 9 1/4" fatty. (We only caught 6 fish). Here's a pic the big gill. Too bad we didnt catch a dozen of those bulls.
