I have a 10" barracuda with the 3 hp tecumseh motor. It's at least 20 yrs old and I've never had a problem with it.It allways fires on the first pull.

I have a new mako 43cc is about $50 more than the stingray. it has a ton of power. I would assume the ray would be great.

That's what I got. Should be here tomorrow. I'm going to turn my pond into Swiss cheese by tomorrow night lol.  How much oil did you put in your 1st tank of gas? Anything I should watch out for?

Mine is an Eskimo TC II Gas, it works really well. Only complaint I have had with it was I lost 2 blades befor I switched to nylon lock nuts. That was 16 or so years ago. No problems since. :)

i think 50:1 gas oil ratio. as far as things to watch for make sure the gas cap is very tight or it will leak. by far this was one of the best purchases I've made this year. 1000 plus holes per tank

Here is a video of the ice auger. Nothing exciting lol. I love how easy it is. But have to get used to the extra weight. My arm likes it ;D My pond has 10" with 6" of slushy crap. My hand auger wont do it and Im not sure why.
