walleye.com has a good short vidio about the different vexilar units & the different transducers. should help on deciding which unit is right for someone looking to buy one.

ive got mixed emotions.... i like the fl20... unsure of the fl22... really like the fl20 and camera combo, heck of a deal if you fish clear water all the time.....like the lx5... unsure of the new lx7...

I have used the fl8 which is a great unit for the price.

The 20 is a great unit and the 22 has great features.

I like the flat screen, zoom features and the tri beam.

I have never used a marcum so i can't comment.

We will be having a Tuesday night Chat with Vexilar Pro Staff Matt Johnson. I will be posting details this week.

He will be able to help us on all the different features on all the vexilars.

i have the fl18 & i love the zoom feature. it gives me a lot better target separation, especially in shallow water.
