Water is the color of hot coco, an rising. I don't think they are letting it fill back up, I think they just can't let it out as fast as its rising do to the fact it would flood columbus. Once they open the gate at the damn it should create good eye and crappie fishing in the spillway.

I was told the water is to low to open a gate and they can only let water out of the side pipe since it's this low. It's not going to be a quick thing unfortunately.
