Title: Checked Mogadore and Wingfoot today
Post by: HardWater Junkie on January 04, 2012, 07:29:31 PM
I only had enough time earlier this afternoon to stop at Mogadore at Palm rd. There is about 1 inch of white ice. Looks like all the snow we got froze while it was making ice. I seen no clear ice there. I stopped at Wingfoot not to long ago on my home. I only checked at the deep water ramp and there was 1 -2 inchs of ice. The ice looked alot better then at Mogadore. I will check again in a few days.

OK cool.  The same thing happened at the pond I fish.  White ice that was mostly slush.  Glad to hear Wingfoot's coming along, I'd rather fish for dinks than stay on the couch!

Spillway below Atwood has some good saugeyes.  But if you can take the boat out.  Prefect weather for it.  Next weekend it's all going to change.  ;D
