Got there bright and early this morn and got bit starting about 8. Back to back for about 25 min. Missed about 6 and managed to pull 3 out. Good day for me after what ive been goin through.

 ;) I give you credit for stickin with the Saugeye at IL. I gave up after 3 skunk tips to the Pond and Moundwood. Back to targeting panfish.

way to go russ. i,m gonna try to target the eyes  this weekend. if mother nature will let me.  some more crappie wouldn't disappoint me though

caught my limit of eyes + 2 , lost 3 at the hole one was atleast 4lbs, missed 20 to 30 strikes, i wouldn't recommend going to dunns the last 2hrs i was there it poured rain, there wasn't much good ice to begin with. fire fish said he found 8'' at northfork but i would still use cation and not go by what someone else says. :-\

Well I did not do as good as crv did with the saugeye but made up the difference with perch and crappie. 4 saugeye 3 crappies one was 12 1/2 it would have taken the vibees last week and the other 2 were 11 inches. i caught 3 perch one was 13 inches and 5 inches wide the other 2 were 11 inches but the kicker of the day was the herron that stole one of the perch right next to my shanty. I also saw a bald eagle flying around dunns pond that was cool. had a great day with crv and russ from the pro staff and finally met the walleye guy out there
