Drove by Portage Lakes yesterday afternoon and it's not looking good. Some of the ice was gone, and what was left was milky and rotted. Stopped in at Springfield Lake and spudded the ice and it went thru with one soft hit. Going to be a while before we can get out. >:(

You have no idea! I want to ice fish so bad! Got a bunch of new gear and now I can't use it. Driving me crazy. At this point, I'd be happy with 2 weeks of good safe ice to fish on.
