We are having a IFO dock tournament on Februeary 4th at CJ Brown.
Here is the info.
Since we are cancelling the Indian lake pan Fish event on Indian on the 5th, we are having a fun pot tournament open to anyone who would like to fish.
We thought this would be a great way for everyone to meet each other.
Also, reports are that there are some very nice crappies being caught right now.
We will be fishing off of the docks at CJ Brown Marina. We will be fishing the Marina docks.
Cost $10 per person. This is a individual tournament.
Start at 8am. Check in at 7:30. Weigh in at 1pm.
Best weight of your biggest 6 Crappies.
You may keep your limit per ODNR but weigh in your biggest 6 Crappies.
Free Pack of McCoy fishing line to everyone who enters.
100% pay back
If it is raining than we will reschedule the event.

I plan on being there, tried for a while today got 20-25 not all keepers but at least the crappie were biting. G there are 2 bait shops on rt4 Buckcreek and Leens carryout and also Sams below the dam.

I took 2nd Mark cause I knew it would be hard to beat Charlie Queen. He got 5 fish 2.05 lbs, I got 4 fish 1.35 lbs, 2 other guys had 3 each and I only was .10 lb ahead of one of them. About 20 or so guys and the bite was slow I did not get a keeper after 10:00. It was nice to meet some of the guys and put faces to names. ;D

Tin Guppy and Charlie were the closest to a tourney limit today. What a tough bite!
I learned a valuable lesson today. When you keep thinking about grabbing your net, "just in case," GRAB YOUR NET!!!!

All I know is somebody was upset on the north docks, we heard him holler and figgered someone lost a good one. He might have won if he had a net.

didn't catch any keeper crappies but did manage to catch 2 9" bluegils & some throwback gills & crappies. still had a blast & got to put names & faces with screen names. hope everyone had as much fun as i did. good job dave.
