Those of you that are still waiting on your bill for rescue should read this. Interesting!! Always figured they all misuse funds. At least it wasn't as bas as the Stark County Auditor's office. They let one of theit employees walk out with over $500,000 of taxpayer money in shoe boxes and can't find it now. And I think it was more than that, but can't remember the number.
