Find any?? My gear is where it's sat since I didn't get to use it last season!! Need to do something about my old manual auger! Seems like a swap fell through lats year. Working a part-time job and hope to pick up a used, bur running gas auger. But need to get ice enough to use it, or might just get one of the new hand augers that are comming out!! ::)

I may sell my gas auger.  I have the bad feeling we won't be getting ice that I will need it with here in central Ohio.

Just about ready to go. I've been so busy getting the classroom ready and now with the new baby boy that I haven't had time to bother with my gear yet. I took care of a lot of stuff back in May/June, which was a good idea. just have to respool sharpen and load up.

MD, how much are you selling it for?

I got my sled down from the rafters, did a little dusting. Next will be sharpening blades, stringing line and possibly turn out a new jigpole handle on the lathe.  Hope we get ice this year. I was really bummed out about last year.

Got a brand new Vexilar FL20 with a tri-beam just itching to be broken in on the ice.  Hooks are getting sharpened, inventory being taken for new lures, etc.  Bring on the cold weather so the hard water arrives this year.

No mice, I got smart and  raised my shany to the rafters with pulleys (Nice UH!)   I did however buy a set of old skis (garage sale $10.00 to attatch to Nanook shanty.  What or how should they be attached to the Shanty do we need to raise it or keep flush with sled? ::)Optifish

Optfish, i think you can go either way. I know guys who put it up so they can clear deep snow. If your going to put them on the sled to protect it from wear than i would use a plastic runners because they are lighter.
