went out to the voir tonight for a bit....

the bite was slow but the crappie were biting on green jigs with minnows around 5-6 ft deep....

cold and always windy

so the crappie are deeper and the bite is slow but they were biting on green jigs and spikes. i caught 3- 8-9" crappie none big enought to keep and a few smallers one


the bluegill are biting on the bottom with purple or white/green jigs and spikes....prob caught around 40 keepers....all were released.

had the best luck across from the the handicap dock in the middle dock toward the end....just look for everyone else there were like 20 ppl out there sat...and green and pink seem to be doing best for crappies...good luck
