Title: Dunn's Pond

Fished Dunn's today. I was the first one evidently. I spudded my way out almost to the pontoon boat but stopped there as ice wasn't great 4 in quickly changing to 3. Still needs another 24-48 hrs. Caught 3 nice white bass and lots of marks. No eyes. I can't wait til Friday because it should be on. Any blackhawk updates today?

Talked to a guy fishing in the Blackhawk channel yesterday. Said he was standing on 2.5 to 3" of ice. No spud bar, just an auger and a fishing pole.

I am planning on being at dunns bright and early fri morn. I will be wearing a blue arctic armor suit bucket fishin from my sled. Will be out as soon as I can get bait. If ya see me say hey.

Sorry if this this is a dumb question but how do you get to Dunns Pond? I know where it is but it seems to be all houses surrounding that area with no where to park. Seems to be the same way with Cranberries as well. Am I just SOL since I don't know anywhere that lives near those areas to let me park?

Park at moundwood And walk the channel around its not to bad of a walk
