Ice conditions.  Please report time and latest conditions on your lake.  Looking to head out come Monday if a place can get good ice.

Well it is nice to daydream,but sat. Forecast 45 and windy,maybe next year we will have a better season. >:(

Not looking to good in my area.  Charles mill is most likely done as water level was up. Sites lake has a skim coat as does all the other ponds I checked today.  Got some more wax worms from the Fin anyways in hopes. Did have some big perch and crappie out of Charles mill when it was covered. Just not a lot. One day they would bite then nothing.

right now its all bad around akron mostly open or skimmed, i may take my boat out saturday ...or not 8)  maybe just go trout fishin up on the river

Checked Ranger Lake and Medina Lake today both had skim ice.

The wind is here with the cold front . It will mix the cold air and warm  water helping our cause. Be patient and the ice will form. We will be walking on water within a week . Just be safe.
