the winters in ohio just arent going along with the ice fishing agenda again this season,we are getting some good cold days then back to upper 30's to 40's and rain.i put my gear up yesterday without  checking the weather,guess that was my sign! :'( maybe next year.

Heck no son, pull it back out. plenty of time . If not ice have u went panfishing with ur ice rods in open water, lots of fun. I use my gear all year long. pond and res. a must even with a flasher   unit.

We have all February to ice fish.  The ice will be here very soon and will stick around this time for a little while.

Sure hope we have some good ice by next weekend I would really like to get out since I was unable to during the first freeze we had.
