Open water last winter . Still was fun, put it back to grow .

Duh! I'm an idiot! I can see the water in the background now. Just focused on the fish before. Glad he still swims! :D

I'll harvest panfish as they reproduce at a fast rate. walleyes if legal because we eat them.Pike and musky I release as I dont utilize them so why kill it . Let them grow and give someone else the chance to enjoy the resource.

The best thing to do with catfish is to harvest . The DNR loves to stock them . Yes I do catch catfish also carp . but Im nowhere near as skilled at finding and attracting the whiskered menace as you. Not to mension the pig you caught at the farm pond , I believe you said it looked like an Alien. ;D

;D Going to try again this week . No safe ice so we're going to try for open water Pike . If they cooperate it will be a blast . ;D
