Broke two fiberglass poles in the winter one which frayed and the other broke when a kid I had out fishing fell into it. Called them yesterday and they sent me six new replacement poles and I received them today next day air. You talk about customer service, I almost fell out of my chair when they showed up today. Huge thumbs up to Shappell!

So I am looking at the pop up last night and see more frayed rods called them at 8:30 and she said twenty new ones will be sent next day air. I think I fell out of my chair. Shappell!

I am going to buy a one man flip over and it will be a shappell decision made. Just waiting one more week to see if they cut the price more at fin feather and fur
