 ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D  All day I was dreaming of the noise my ice cleats make on the first venture onto the ice . Such a distinct sound that stirs memories of great times with the best of friends. This first chilly day has brought a warm feeling to me and the hope of a great and safe season. I ponder on seasons past and of those Ive shared the passion for this sport with . Ive Been blessed to the beauty and wonder of the outdoors and all God has given us to interact with .  Just dreaming.

Started getting the ice gear out this morning!!  Also fired up the auger, almost there!!  Could see my breath this morning. ;D

Oh yea the cold breeze,jaw jackers springing at first first bite,and catfish being pulled through 6" holes,old luvstophish sure is a visionary

hehehe   he said catfish,   I have to agree its great to scrunch the ice under your cleats plant your feet and start drilling your first hole, looking around at the frozen landscape. chasing my pop up from a wind gust, wishing I would have put those new blades on the auger...so relaxing ....

Nothing quite like it!!  Much as I love my bass boat, ice fishing is my favorite.  The only time I can truly relax while fishing. I just love it!!! :D :D ;D ;D
