Title: Recipe for Fish Eggs
Post by: toadfish on March 03, 2014, 12:49:31 PM
Anyone know something good to make with lots of walleye eggs?  I got a Fish Ohio walleye and tried frying 1 egg sack that weighed 1.5 lbs.  It did not get cooked all the way trhough even though I lowered the temp of the oil.

I would be a crying shame to let all those potential walleye go to waste.

Decades ago, old Dad would fry up Perch Eggs with Scambled Eggs.... Add Onions, Mushrooms & Cheese if you wish.
