Fished in cove below small parking lot on north side, uphill from the dam. Still had a good foot of ice. Jigged spikes in about 10-12 feet of water. No action. Hung some night crawlers just off the bottom on a couple tip-ups just for kicks. Nothing there either. Three other guys out in the same location working their way along the north shore. Didn't see any fish come up and they kept moving.
