Any reports from cj from today ?was thinking about going out tomorrow but didn't know ice conditions due to the rain. Still new at this

Go with someone or at least relatively close to others and please have your safety gear WITH you, cat`s claws and 50` of light rope, ok ? BE SAFE  and good luck, sir !

Ice in marina was 6-7 inches sat and sun

My pal and me will be in the marina today but it wont be till 11 or so

Any word on the ice over around the visitors center. Haven't seen a report about that area in about a week.

Had 7-8 inches at the overlook yesterday, Thursday the 15th, xtown. Didint get to fish it though as I had a 1st timer with me and the sounds of the ice spooked him.

Thanks Slick. Still haven't caught anything on the lure you gave me but, the wife thinks it's cute. HaHa. Hopefully this little warm spell won't hurt it too bad. If it had 7-8 we should be OK. Might lose a couple of inches, Wanna give it a try sometime next week?
