Title: Finally!!!
Post by: walleyeguy on January 21, 2015, 07:17:15 AM
After being out of commission with the flu I have finally started fishing, was on the lake for 12 plus hours with a mixed bag of white bass and saugeye. I was close to O’Conner’s point. Ice is still stable enough to have the snow machine on it. But not for long.

How thick is the ice at Indian. I figured it's too thin to be on it with the melt we are having. I wonder if CJ Brown is still safe as well.

Was close to 6" of solid ice with 2-2.5" of hard slush. Quad could go over the slush. But would sink while sitting.
