that was really cool seeing 10,000 people and 20,000 holes and all in a row   ;D

I would lay money they had an automated tractor or something drilling those holes.  They were all perfect distance apart.

actually i saw a whole show on it and they actually do them all by hand they have a crew of volunteers and they work in teams two guys to an auger but i do think i remember them marking it out in advance for uniformity

yeah i saw it on outdoor network i think the show was midwest outdoors i dont remember if they showed how they laid it out but i know they talked about the volunteers n showed time lapse aerial view of it didnt mean to sound like a know it all just intrigued me check it out
