Ice Fish Ohio would like to welcome Wapak Ice Dawg to the pro staff. He has been contributing to the site for many years and is a wealth of ice fishing knowledege and is always helped members new to ice fishing.

His primary Focus is Indian, St Mary's and Laramie. We welcome Wapak to the pro staff and look forward to his posts!

Thanks for adding me Dave, this is an awesome site and you have done wonders for the ice fisherman  from the beginner to the elders.  I started ice fishing in the 80's when it was hard to find an auger or an ice pole , baits were non-existent and we learned how to make our own. This web page along with the input of experienced to the beginner helps everyone in some way enjoy the sport of ice fishing and allows us to share our ideas to make us a better ice fisherman. I look forward to helping in any way I can.

glad to welcome ya   ;D     talking about the 70 s  i used to build my shantys out of old skids and a blanket     my auger was a 4 " scoop , still have it use it now to pop holes in the garden ...

Congrats, I enjoy your posts and I'm a semi regular at GLSM but plan to fish it more this year, Kiser and CJB are my go to lakes since I'm an hr from both of them. only 90 min to GLSM
