Berlin is usually one of the last to lock up, give chuck at A/C Baits a call or stop in and grab some bait and check out his place ,last time I drove by the water level had been drawn down very low.

The water is very low, at normal winter pool. The beginning of December the crappie were on fire, but with the snow melt and rain if there was any ice, i doubt it survived. But Nate is right, Chuck knows that lake so well.

I was just out there. North of 224 open water and someone fishing the north shore in a boat. South of 224 looked like ice all the way to the old rr bridge
