Title: Walleye at Berlin
Post by: MEKlukow on March 23, 2017, 09:15:44 PM
Division of Wildlife is currently monitoring the walleye spawn in our inland reservoirs, so I thought I'd share this pic of a nice flowing female we got out of Berlin two days ago. Most of the females in Berlin we're netting haven't completed spawning yet, but the females in Mosquito look to be about spent. Sorry that we couldn't get her whole body in the pic -- we didn't want to jostle her around too much and risk losing her eggs. (In other news, the crappie are all stacked up in channels and hitting just about everything)
