I’m ready on both counts!!  I have a lightweight setup (for 2.5-4”), a small sled with hand auger and Clam chair for thin early Ice that’s already in the truck.  And my thermal shanty is sitting fully loaded and ready for thicker ice (4”+). And gas auger is ready, propane set, and all batteries charged.  Along with new line and hundreds of new lures!  I’m hoping to try Thursday for an Ice check.  Doubt it’ll be safe, but hoping by Saturday at OSP or Nimi.

Nice. Yeah I was hoping to check out P.H. & Clear Fork  on Saturday. I'm sure not safe ice yet.

Clear Fork was 75% open water today around 4pm. And P. Hill was wide open yesterday.
