Title: Optimism?

Post by: Downthehole on January 29, 2018, 05:49:22 AM: We might get out again in Central Ohio again. We are looking at freezing temps for at least the next 10 days. They are no where near as cold as the last round so it will take longer to freeze but we may get there......

Post by: slabslayer on January 29, 2018, 03:43:02 PM: Went today for a couple hours or so. PLX ice so so. Was deteriorating as I was there, but still 4-5” of clear, black ice. Shoreline holding up ok, not great but didn’t need a plank. Threw my back out somehow, so it looks like I’m done for a few days. Thought I’d have to call someone to help me off the ice. Totally crazy! No slips, trips, or falls. Getting older sucks!
