In Ohio, I am afraid so. Pattern wise that may not be true, but Twin Lakes did melt and a of today at noon refroze to about a half inch of ice. You can actually see the chunks of old ice in the new blak ice that has formed. like floating ice bergs...kinda funny. Will keep you posted on ice progress. As of right now, you will fall through if you take a step on Twin Lakes, and the river is completely open.
