Title: Findley State Park
Post by: erierider on January 04, 2011, 07:46:59 AM
Guys,
Was out checking ice yesterday 1/3/11, at Findley State Park. The shore ice was not good and was difficult getting around. I would say after a few days of expected cold weather the shore ice should get a much better to navigate and to get your stuff out on the ice. As everyone says no ice is ever safe so check it yourself before you attempt to go out. I attached a park map due to the fact that it seems that there is a need for clarification on what exact park we are speaking of. This is near Wellington.http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Portals/2/parkmaps/findleyparkmap.pdf (http://www.dnr.state.oh.us/Portals/2/parkmaps/findleyparkmap.pdf)
