Fished 16-18 fow from 130 til about 630 pm. Caught 8 nice crappie and probably 25 gills keeping 6 nice ones. No eyes... minnows, maggots, and waxies. Headin out again today around 130... anyone else going?

would love to go out today, i gotta get this sled done, my shanty is just to hard to drag on this snow, i had all summer to do it and i knew it had to be done but i couldn't stay off of Erie long enough to complete it, fishing first, work second the old lady maybe third, hunting is in there somewhere between first and second though LOL have fun good luck  and be safe i will catch yea out there someday

Strong,  I'm guessing you fished the South end due to the depths you were fishing. Are there still guys surrounding the bush? Seems like you did alright. Maybe the eyes will start hitting the shallows again during the day.I know guys who have been getting them after dark. Good Luck.

Yea, out from the parking lot. There were lots of shantys around the bush. I got most of mine right before and after dark. Nite bite must be the ticket. Ever get any eyes on the south end?

That is where Ive been fishing the last few weeks. Away from the "Bush " though.

3 weeks ago I could only get them real good during mid day. Seems like the bite has gotten later and later.

Fished the south again yesterday... same time and fow. Small gills..
