Had some good luck there off the beach and then straight across from the beach on the opposite shore.  My buddy caught a huge 8 lb. trout off the end of the lake all the way across from the docks where you park.

i have had some good luck there although lately i dont make it up there as much being an hour away. . .one day when ice in the spring melted back about 20 ft i went down where the beach is and tossed some night crawlers and my buddy and i pulled 3    7 lb trout  that day  . . .but just luck. . .
