fished today with raven keep 50 gills and threw back a bunch also had fun but i think the weather will mess up everything again

i still want to get up ther & try riley (res # 3). how thick was the ice? my buddy in marblehead walked off catawba about a mile or so & got 6 eating sized eyes. said ice was a good 5" of clear ice. hope it holds up for awhile.

G ice was 5 inches clear not to far from the parking spot if we get anthor cold spell and you want to come up let me know and i keep checking ice and we will fish res 3

sounds like a plan to me. this warm spell & rain didn't hurt indian lake's ice today. too bad the fish didn't cooperate. have you checked willard or heard anything about it? be safe and hopefully we can hook up soon.

i have not check willard it seems to take longer to freeze up than others but if we get some more cold weather i keep a eye res 3 and let you know then we can hit it and try to find some fish.

Willard only had 3 inches on it saturday so I am pretty sure it is wide open now.
