I bought one last year and love it! I had a FL-8 and the marcum is much better in my opinion. The zoom is great.

I like the frabill bro series combo for pan fishing, and st. croix for walleye poles,never had aproblem with either one.

Alot of small gills this morning withonly 4 keepers, didn't see anyone else catching much either,the ice sucked, very hard walking. When i got off the ice by the boatdocks my leg went right thru the ice, be careful!

Fished long island this morning,and it was slow! Ice was still a good 5-6".

Is anyone fishing long island out on the main lake for eyes yet? Just wondering if the ice was safe out there.
