I have heard that moundwood was a dud so far this year...along with Blackhawk...the fish just aren't there...

Just check in to see how the ice was handling this rain were getting...I know its supposed to drop down to freezing overnight but just wanted to hear from some guys how it was looking...bring my sled over tomorrow and goin gill fishing...thanks guys

Haha gotcha...I carry around a small Honda inverter generator in a sled and have my auger on a power drill as my power auger! Haha real quiet and can really rock some holes out! Lol...are tou doing any fishing this weekend? Im thinkin im going to be at indian sunday and be in the sled...

Killdeer Reservoir / report wed eve

Fished killdeer wed evening with nothin to show...true to find the stump field with my gps but it decided to die on me...had heard of some guys tearing up the c rappies and eyes on the stumps but dont know how much truth is involved in that so I wanted to see for myself...ice was great 10 -12" black ice...3 other s hantys out while I was there...will try again because I know the  crappies are stacked in there...
