had my cousin and uncle in from Arkansas and took em out ice fishin for the first time. and my cousin lands this giant cat. would barely fit through the hole!!!

4 men. 3 hours. 73 blues a white crappie and a monster cat. private ponds north of lodi.

dont know how many more times i will drag myself out to shreve lake....not even completely frozen over yet but good ice on the south side... to not catch anything. i have been posting all over craigslist askin for permission to fish even offering fresh ice cold clean fillets in exchange for permission i got no response. and asking everyone i know if they know of some small farm ponds that i dont need to drive an hour to fish. i work till 230 and its not worth it to drive an hour to fish for an hour then drive an hour home to be late for dinner. dad knew where all the good back wood strip mine ponds where but he is gone now. just gettin a little frustrated.

any one know anything? is it frozen? never been therre.

im headed out right now to check and maybe fish the small ponds in the killbuck swamp shreve area. look for the blue explorer sport trac!

didn't get to the ice got caught up with other stuff. but got my shanty out and opened up make sure it was all there and working.
also got my aquaview out and checked it over. gotta charge the batt and see if its gonna hold.
