Grand Lake St. Marys / Fish report for New Year's Day
« on: January 02, 2014, 05:49:08 AM »
Started out around 10 checked coldwater creek and it wasn't safe only 1.5 to 2 inches. So went to Anderson's channel fished until 4 had 40 keeper gills. Caught 20 crappies but all small, fished in 7 foot of water caught most of the keepers around 4.5 feet the fish close to the bottom ran small. It was a fun day.

Inventions / corn hole
« on: January 13, 2010, 09:33:04 PM »
this i used up at indian lake and it seemed to work. If you like to sight fish bring a bag of shuck corn and put a hand full in the hole the corn shows up well on the bottom and you can tell if there is a fish between the bottom and you . It seems like the fish sometimes are attracted to the corn to. its worth a shot. good luck polarbear
