Mosquito Creek Reservoir / Mosquito snow

Called  bait shop and even 4 star in Cortland.  and no  one is  there. Wonder how  much snow  that have  with  this  blast. Saw  the  pic  of  the fish  and it  was nice.

Pymatuning Lake / Pyma shore ice

Fished thursday ....lot of lookers with the falling  barometer . Was it  windy!!!!
That is  the fishing  report.  Just good  to be on  the ice

Anyways ,,,, does anyone have a ice report for the lake after this rain. trying to decide if to go to Pyma and able to get on  the ice or go steelie fishing.

wondering if  the shore ice is gone making it unsafe  to get on.

Mosquito Creek Reservoir / Skitter 1/9

Fished north of causway out of  the bait  shop. Moved  twice 12 foot  to 15. Mixed bag of small eyes a few  good perch and big  crappie,,,,largest 15. mostly 10-11 inch.

Ice  was good. Clear 7 inches. Easy  walking  no  snow on  the clear  ice.

Is anyone fishing  Pymatuming and  if  so  how  is  the ice  there. Have  not  fished  it  for a few  years  but  would  like  to try  if ice is  OK

Hello to all Hard Water Fishermen. Live in  Lake County.  Mostly fish Mosquito and Pymatuming and farm ponds in the N.E. Ohio. Fish with two or three others as a group. Enjoy the days with old friends. Do not need to catch fish everytime just fun to be with friends and meet new ones on the ice.

Enjoy reading the posts and  this is a VERY friendly bunch. Some other sites I do not even log onto just read.

Soft Water Fishing Reports / Perch fishing

Two of us  fished Monday  in 40 foot off of Chagrin/Eastlake.. Two limits in 2 hr 45 min. All nice fish. SW wind 12 -15 . Fish 10 to 12 with a some  14s. Might try  after this blow for the last time.

Looking for to the hard water.
