Ice Fishing Pictures / Re: Last Season

Thanks guys. Last year was tough with no shanty and no electronics but picked up a twin hub 2 this summer and hoping to score a used flasher before ice in. Still had a blast and learned a lot sitting out one those lakes. Much more to learn this year and I am very excited! Hopefully I can meet some of ya at the 2016 Expo, maybe the preseason dock tourneys, and on the ice of course.

Fishing Partners / Re: central ohio

I live in Galloway, hoping to find somebody to hit the ice with this year. Last year was my first on the ice so I'm still pretty green.

I have everything needed to hit the ice except for electronics.
Hoping to find a partner for the dock tourneys too.

« on: October 01, 2015, 01:13:37 PM »
Last season was my first on hardwater. Very limited success is to why I was taking pictures of the landscape and not fish. Better luck this year I hope!
#1 is Alum Creek on a bitter cold morning
#2 is Buckeye Lake my very first time on the ice.....and it poured down rain on me
#3 is a slow but sunny day on Indian

Alum Creek / Re: Any reports?

Got into a nice bluegill bite at the marina yesterday about a half hour before sunset. All throwbacks. Glow tungsten with waxie at about 15 fow.

On a side note, I was finally able to get the jawjacker some action! Takes some tinkering to get the trigger right but it was game on, lots of fun.
