I am scratching Aquilla off my list for this weekend.  They are getting way too much snow there.

Does anyone one know if you can use propane to power an ice auger legally on restricted electric only motor inland lakes?  I know we can use propane to heat the shanty but can we also use it to power ice augers?  Thanks in advance!

Don't get excited for this year the El Nino is not budging in South America and until it does the weather pattern will remain the same.  Merry Christmas and hope to see some of you on the ice next year.

I would like to plan the event again for this year at Wallace Lake in Berea, OH when they release the trout.  It is usually the end of Jan. or beginning of Feb. when ice conditions permit.  The trout are released by the Cleveland Metroparks and I can find out the specific day so we can plan the event accordingly.  Anyone who wants to help or wants to enter their kids just post here and we will get it up and going.  They have grills there to cook hot dogs for the kids etc.

I got two used skis and built it up off the ground about 4".  That's all you need to do.

The gills are dinks in there its not worth going.

I'm not sure but don't even need one if going off the boat ramp.  Just head left 500 feet.  I may go there this weekend.  What day are you thinking?
