Ok guys I've moved the rules and updated them, they are located at the top of this thread. Due to a really tight schedule I'm only gonna be able to schedule 2 events for sure and they will be mosquito reservoir and nimisila reservoir. I am working on permits and dates now. Stay tuned.

Fished today about 200 yards off the cemetery in about 14 ft of water. The walleyes were elusive but did manage to land a few perch! The wind really picked up so we called it a day. Sure felt nice to get on the ice. We had a solid 5"+ everywhere we drilled. Caught perch on most baits I tried including vibes, jigging raps and spoons tipped with minnow head.

Thank you to all for your dedication and support of the sport of ice fishing! And thank you all for your continued support of the IFO community! The main body of this site constitutes all that is IFO. As another year closes and the holidays are upon us let's all relish in the season, let's reflect on all the things that make our days happy ones and remember the reason for the season. Ok fellow icefisherman the time is upon us to start thinking of the tournament SERIES. Before I put to much into it this year I would like everyone's input. Once some determinations are made I will pursue sponsers, permits and all necessary pieces of the process. Let me know!

Let me take a few moments to express my thanks to the guys and gals at shore nuff charters! I've been on lake Erie for most of my years and I'm familiar with the day to day working of the fishing business. SHORE NUFF CHARTERS are a top notch operation from the customer service to the captain and crew. They made every effort to accommodate our every need. Each part of the process was handled in a professional manner and easy to understand. The bait shop was well stocked and well staffed. I can't thank them enough for making a memorable experience for all. If your looking for a walk on boat or a private trip, give these guys a call they are top notch!!

Just wanted to let everyone know that it looks like the ODNR has made some changes to the fishing regulations this year that are gonna possibly affect lake Erie. The walleye and perch daily bag limit now says " to be determined ". Make sure you check with them to avoid a unwanted situation. As of now the limit is 4 walleye during the spawn. I will update when I have a confirmed daily bag limit!
