If I get off work early today, I will run over and check it out. I'm hoping to make it out tomorrow, and try to get in on the tourney Sunday I have not had a chance to fish one yet and would like to try it out.

I have some how lost my vex charger, is there any type of charger I could get from Walmart to get me by until I can purchase another one.

I have always seemed to do better on crappie and big gills after dark through the ice.

I started at around 530pm until about 9pm they were starting to pick up around 630, and I had a study bite until I left. I use to fish a lot in Indiana and Michigan at night. I always kept my lantern next to the hole in my shanty, but with out being in the shanty I figured the coon light was the next best option.

Two nice crappie right off the bat took about an hour and a half to get the rest to bite. I used my coon light spot light to alluminate the water. In the hole I was fishing, soon after I turned the light on the bite got hot! Had a hold of a nice eye but it broke my 2lb test at the hole. Might try again this coming weekend if anyone is interasted .

I thought about checking the park out. I have an early day at work today and was trying to get a line wet today I might check delaware or alum. Do you know if the gills or crappies have any size?

Thanks for the info, i am hoping to make it to Indian i just have never been there before i would like to get an eye through the ice, have never fished for them through the ice.
