thanks for the help. i have went to wellington its pretty good. had fun there. always that challenge of figuring out different places. i do have a finder with a real time sonar flasher on it but i will work on getn a vexlar. anyone ever use a finder like what i have for ice fishing its an older humminbird 5 something or 7 something. thanks again

im located between willard and new london res. both r great wholes but both seen to have alot of dead spots ice or no ice.

Hi guys, im new to the forum and lil know how to ice fishing. when fishing a new lake whats the best way to read the lake maps to get on or maybe close to fish. I have a camera but the last 2 years have been hit and miss any help would b appreciated thanks all.
