Im thinking of fishing there on 1/22 (wednesday). I should be there around 8:30. have to get my kids to the sitter.
Let me know if anyone is intereted. I have a few spots that generaly work good when the small fish invade the south shore.

I know that you need to have them on tip-ups. I dont see that in the rule book. Where can I find this info?

At the bottom of the page. Under the ice angler section.

So Berlin is not fishable ???? I was hoping to get out there this weekend
. Doesn't sound like it will be fishable this weekend. But it does sound like Chuck is pulling out all the tricks. He has talked them into drawing the lake down to get the Ice closer to shore. Thanks again Chuck. You Da Man.  ;D

Thanks Snow. Same goes for your tip ups. Sad that they will fine you while your sitting there for a rule that was developed for shanties and tip ups that were set up over night.

Yep mine are around the same price each. Per rigged and for specific bodies of water. I thought I was the only one that touched the lantern with thier line.

No problem. I primarily target panfish. the orange suffix works great. it doesn't matter if the water is stained or clear. And if your fishing outside of the shanty it makes it easy to see while its laying on the ice. And easy to see while your tying(beneficial for the more aged gentlemen in the crowd)  ;D

I read before you were having trouble with panfish. I would suggest jamming jigs bobber fry or moon jigs in glow colors. Also Team ice stopper makes a wonderful glow moon jig that Ohio water panfish can not resist. Fish them on 2 lb suffix ice magic. The line is orange in color. It works great.  I would also suggest a spring bobber. The kind that inserts into the last eye of the pole.

3 in my rod case and 2 in a bucket. You never know what's gonna happen. My uncle lost 2 down the hole in the same day. If I didn't have a few extra he would been sitting there watching me fish. Don't worry I duct taped the one he borrowed to his wrist.

Well my last order from JJ's has been working so good for me on the panfish, that I decided to order some more. This time I got the neon kit along with the perch and panfish kit. While I was on there site I stumbled across their "novelty" section. I absolutely had to buy some. So if you walk up to someone you don't know and ask " what are they biting on" and they say "here I got one you can have". Buyer beware because it might be me your asking. Hopefully Dave doesn't see the need of removing the pic...  ::)
I should add that their delivery time is outstanding. Ordered 80 jigs at the end of the day Thursday and received them on Monday. Awesome.

Jon. There should be an option to bill it directory to your wireless account. at least there is on Verizon. If not it will let you pay by credit card. I am so happy that I ran across the app. You can even mark spots on unmapped locations. For $10 you will not be disappointed.

Slab. Navionics is the bomb isn't it. I have a hand held and I'm thinking of giving it to my uncle. I never use it anymore.
