New London Reservoir / Fished Today
« on: February 28, 2015, 10:29:07 PM »
Tried hard for them, but i guess they had other plans. Got some small perch, and lost two, they felt descent on a jigging rap. That sun felt great but shut them down there.

General Discussion / Tournaments??

Curious why know one holds ice tournaments on any of these inland reservoirs. It would be cool if one was on like willard or new london. What would someone have to do to set that up, say at new london do you have to get the parks pemission? Would there  be any interest if a torunament was set up. Say like the most weight, or just walleye or perch etc.????

Lake Erie / Re: Fishing solo tomorrow and walking
« on: February 06, 2015, 10:35:00 PM »
Really haven't had much luck early. Most of are bites started after 11 and sometimes will last till 3. Then we will do go at dark and after. Marking fish aint the problem getting them to hit is, a camera really made a difference for getting bit. Good luck out there.

There's fish everywhere out there you dont have to go far, just keep moving till you find a active pod. We have being walking all over 3 to 5 miles, sometimes less. We are going tomorrow but wont get there till probably 3, so we will probably fish after dark.
