Hey ashland i think i met you at the ramp that morning. I wishin fishin solo that day ,green ford,black frabil shanty.I fished 8 to 5 all in all a good day. I setup on a stump that usually produces a mixed bag of fish. That day the smallmouth were very active.

Fished 9 to 4 today and the fish didnt want to cooperate. Got 1 immediately,then could mark them but they wouldnt touch a thing. Starting to get frustrated i usually can make something happen up there.

Well fished from 10 to 5 marked a few only hooked 4. It was sunny and the fish were in a negative feeding mode. fished 19 to 22 feet of water. the best color was pink and white.always looking for fishin partners if someone wants to team up. Goodluck.

Hi me,and the brother inlaw has walked of catawba the last three sundays. We half walked any where from 1.5 to 3 miles out have got atleast 10 to 12 fish each time. Defintely worth the walk. best colors for us was anything gold and green.
