Already have visited a few tackle shops to pick up a few things.

I sorted through my tackle and stripped the old line off of all of my rods in preparation for new soon.  I am more excited about this ice season than I have been about any other season on the water or hard water.

The next thing I am going to do is take my auger blades for my hand auger to get sharpened at Ye Old Dutchman in Westerville.  I will be dropping my 4" and 8" blades off.  My gas auger is good to go and I've been running it once a month since I got it last Spring.

yesterday was my last day of work for the season, actually got the call while sorting through the ice gear, so I'm ready. Although this time of year is a great time to do some shore casting for eyes at night the thoughts of ice fishing wont get out of my head.
